36. That’s the number of times I’ve thought, I think I might be falling in love with this man, and then I tell mtself its too soon. Wait it out. This too shall pass.
I’m starting to believe this is it.
I’m in love.
I never want this feeling to go away.
I’m in love and that’s that.
— Bride-To-Be

Gregory and Amanda met at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the fall of 2009. They exchanged obvious hints, flirted, even went out on a "date" in 2011; alas Amanda was still seeing her high school sweetheart.

Gregory went on to graduate and landed a career with West Corp. Amanda struggled in school and love, choosing to take a year-long break to reevaluate her life while working at Oriental Trading Co.

They met up at a bar in town with some friends. Before they departed for the night, Greg asked Amanda out.

Their first dates were casual, from attending a prestigious orchestra to spending time with each other's families.

On June 8, 2014, Greg asked Amanda to be his girlfriend. She agreed on one condition: he had to also agree to be her boyfriend.

Right after Thanksgiving that same year, Amanda moved in to Greg's once spacious one-bedroom apartment; now cramped with all her collectibles and "stuff."

By May 2015, they settled into a more roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Greg helped Amanda finish college, graduating last December with a Bachelor's in General Studies.

Now that the new year has brought these lovebirds even closer together, on April 28, 2016, Gregory got down on his knee and asked his girlfriend a very serious question.

Hint: She said yes!

The wedding date is TBA as the bride and groom-to-be are basking in the glow of their newfound engagement life.

Gregory proposed!
